Balance is due by the 20th of the month. If payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the 20th of the month, your account will be charged a late fee. If payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the 25th of the month your account will be subject to disconnection.

Payments can also be made 24 hours a day by bringing them into the office in Odebolt, United Bank of Iowa in Arthur, or First State Bank in Battle Creek or placing your payment in the night deposit drop box.
